I HAVE SO MUCH TO CHOOSE FROM, HOW DO I DECIDE ON THE ART?

Simple drawings are best. With some designs, we may substitute colors, or simplify an aspect of the picture you supply. HOW LONG WILL MY RUG LAST?

Between 10-100 years based on regular wear/traffic.  

IS MY RUG HAND TUFTED OR HAND KNOTTED?

Your rug will be hand-tufted. Unlike a hand-knotted rug, a hand-tufted rug is created without tying knots making them more affordable. Your rug is made with a tool called a "tufting gun," and loops of wool are pushed through a backing that has been imprinted with the overall design. A protective cloth backing is then applied with glue. The last step is to shear the rug so that all of the loops on the top of the rug are cut, which in turn creates the pile.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY RUG?  

Vacuum or shake out your rug regularly. Most spills can be blotted with a clean cotton cloth and lukewarm water.  Do not use harsh chemical solutions you would use to clean hard surfaces in your home.  All rugs will be accompanied with more detailed cleaning guidelines. For serious stains or soiling, please consult a professional rug cleaner.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY RUG?

Approximately 8 weeks.

CAN I RETURN MY RUG OR GET A REFUND?  

Since each rug is made using original artwork, unfortunately we do not offer refunds, or returns.  If there are any manufacturing defects the rug will be replaced free of charge. Rugs must be in original condition and returned in original packaging within 10 days.

CAN I BUY A GIFT CERTIFICATE?

WILL MY ART BE COPIED?  

No, your original art will be used for your design only.  

WILL ANY OF MY PRIVATE INFORMATION BE SHARED?
